Gravel Adventure

Gravel Adventure is planned for adventurous cyclists who want to move at their own pace, to be ridden alone or with a friend, navigating independently. Gravel Adventure is a complete coverage of the most amazing gravel roads in the Miehikkälä and Virolahti areas, selected by the route master, and exploring the amazing sites along the route. 

You can take part in this adventure with any type of bicycle. A pedal-assist mountain bike, a gravel bike, or even a single-speed military bicycle that suits the surroundings will do just fine.

You can choose a Gravel Adventure that suits you between 40km and 100km. We provide you with four routes of different lengths. You can decide on the length of the route you want to take along the way, depending on how you feel. 

There are two service points on the route. There are several interesting points on the route selected by the route master, which are strongly recommended to be explored without rushing. 

It is a good idea to bring a flashlight for exploring underground bunkers. Geocachers should plan the caches they want to search for in advance.
