Cancelling or postponing participation

Postponing issues please contact info@salpastages.fi

You are allowed to sell your right to participate. The transfer is payable.

In the event of illness you may also transfer your participation to the next year by contacting info@salpastage.fi. 

Participation fees are non-refundable. 

Serial increases are possible against the difference in the entry fee. Series changes downwards are also possible, but the difference in entry fees will not be refunded.

Serial changes and transfers free of charge until 7th of September, 2025.

Changes and transfers after 7th of September 2025 will cost €25. Competitor transportation does not carry over to the next year.
